Delivery time

Normal delivery time (if no other information is stated) is 3-5 working days within Sweden. Should an item run out, the delivery time may be longer and you will be informed before your purchase.

Connel ID uses Postnord to deliver goods. The service used is Goods Class 1 for goods under 250 grams. You will receive an email or text message when your package has arrived at your home. If the item was not left at your home, it will always be delivered to the nearest agent (nearest collection point). You will then receive a notification about which agent your item has been delivered to.

Confirmation

Once we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation email as soon as possible with information about your order. It is good if you save the order confirmation to have on hand in any contacts with our customer service.

Delivery costs

Connel ID charges a cost of 39kr for delivery of goods for all orders under 599kr.
